Your new windshield means nothing if your ADAS isn’t recalibrated.
Modern vehicles come loaded with safety features — forward collision alerts, lane departure warnings, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control. All of those systems depend on sensors and cameras built into or around your windshield. When that glass gets replaced, even a perfectly installed windshield can throw your ADAS sensors off by just enough to make them unreliable.
At Peak Auto Glass, we run professional ADAS recalibration right here in Silt, CO using the Autel MaxiSys system — the same technology used by dealerships and high-end shops across the state. We serve drivers across the Western Slope, from Rifle and Glenwood Springs to Parachute, Carbondale, and beyond.
If your vehicle has ADAS and your windshield has been touched, recalibration isn’t optional — it’s the last step that makes the whole job complete.
The Autel MaxiSys ADAS system — professional accuracy without the dealership wait.
AGSC Registered, SafeTech 6.0, and DuPont certified — trained to get it right.
Based in Silt, serving Garfield County — most jobs done same day or next day.
Don’t skip the last step. Recalibrate before you drive.

We’re based at 2205 Mustang Drive in Silt and serve communities across Garfield County and beyond — Rifle, Newcastle, Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, Basalt, and everywhere in between. Our technicians are AGSC certified, SafeTech 6.0 trained, and DuPont adhesive certified, running the Autel MaxiSys ADAS system that puts us on par with any shop in the state.
We offer both static and dynamic ADAS calibration, plus diagnostic scanning — covering every scenario your vehicle might need after a windshield replacement or sensor-related repair.
Performed in-shop using specialized targets and the Autel MaxiSys system. Your vehicle is positioned in a controlled environment while our technician aligns cameras and sensors to manufacturer specs. This is the most precise method and is required for most forward-facing camera systems — lane departure, collision warning, and automatic emergency braking. Static calibration must be done at our Silt shop.
Completed while driving your vehicle at highway speeds under specific road conditions. The system self-calibrates using real-world data and movement. We use this method for makes and models where dynamic recalibration is manufacturer-required or appropriate for the sensor setup. Some vehicles need both static and dynamic — we’ll confirm what yours requires before we start.
Before and after every calibration, we run a full diagnostic scan to identify fault codes, verify sensor function, and confirm all ADAS features are operating correctly. If a dashboard warning light came on after a windshield replacement elsewhere, we can diagnose it and take care of it. No guesswork — just a clean system report before you drive away.
We work with fleet managers across the oil & gas and construction sectors to keep commercial vehicles road-safe and compliant. Whether you’re managing two trucks or twenty, we schedule batch calibrations around your operation — not the other way around. Fleet manager in Garfield County or the wider Western Slope? Call us to discuss a service plan.
From a single rock chip to a full windshield on a commercial rig — plus side, quarter, and rear glass repair. Every job uses certified technicians, manufacturer-grade adhesives, and an ADAS calibration check where your vehicle requires it.
A cracked windshield is a structural safety issue. We replace glass on most vehicle types — cars, pickups, exotics, classics, and heavy commercial — using DuPont BETASEAL adhesive for a factory-strength bond, with ADAS pre- and post-inspection.
On Western Slope roads, rock chips are almost unavoidable. Most can be repaired in under 30 minutes if you catch them before they spread — using professional resin injection. In many cases, insurance covers chip repair at no cost to you. Please call for availability.
Cameras, lane-keep assist, and automatic braking require recalibration after a windshield replacement. We use the Autel MaxiSys system for static and dynamic calibration to manufacturer specs — skipping it can disable critical driver assists.
Can’t make it to our Silt shop? We come to you. Our mobile unit covers a ~50-mile radius — Rifle, Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, Basalt, Parachute, Battlement Mesa, De Beque and beyond — including fleet vehicles at your yard. Please call for availability.
If your power window won’t go up or down, it’s usually a failed regulator or motor — not the glass. We replace door glass regulators and power window motors on most makes and models, to operate properly.
If it’s glass on your vehicle, we’ve got it covered — driver and passenger side windows, quarter glass, rear/back glass, and sunroof glass repair and replacement.
All makes, all models — American, Japanese & European. From full size pickups to a daily Honda or a European import, we source and fit the right glass for your vehicle.

02
Our Autel MaxiSys system handles both static and dynamic calibration to manufacturer specs. Dealer-level equipment — because your lane-keep assist and automatic braking deserve more than a best guess.
03
Every replacement uses DuPont BETASEAL — the same adhesive system used on the factory floor. Your windshield supports your roof, your airbags, and your rollover protection. We treat it accordingly.
04
Most customers get on the schedule the same day or the next. Whether it’s your daily driver or a fleet rig that needs to be back on the road, a week-long wait isn’t an option we offer.
05
From daily commuters to pickups, exotics, classics, and Peterbilts — we work on all of it. Fleet managers can run multiple vehicles through us and count on the same standard every time.

Local service. Certified work. Schedule your recalibration today.
We keep the process straightforward because your time matters. Here’s what to expect from the moment you reach out to the moment you drive away.
1
Call, text, or fill out the form above. We’ll ask for your vehicle year, make, model, and VIN to confirm what calibration your ADAS system requires — static, dynamic, or both. Two minutes, and it saves everyone time.
2
When you bring your vehicle in, we run a full diagnostic scan before we start. This surfaces any existing fault codes and gives us a clean baseline. If there’s an issue we didn’t cause, you’ll know about it upfront — not after the fact.
3
Static calibration is done in our Silt shop using precision targets placed at exact distances and angles. Dynamic calibration is performed on the road under controlled conditions. We follow manufacturer-specified procedures for every make and model — no shortcuts.
4
Once calibration is complete, we run a second full scan to confirm all ADAS systems are reading correctly and no fault codes remain. We don’t hand your keys back until everything checks out.
5
We walk you through what was done, what was found, and give you documentation of the calibration. If you’re an insurance customer or fleet manager, we make sure your records are clean and complete.
“What a great experience. Great customer service and communication. Windshield looks great and very pleased with installation quality. Would recommend as they are a local business.”

“Cracked my windshield Friday afternoon and they had it fixed Monday. Other companies it took weeks to get scheduled and organized with insurance. Above and beyond expectations all around.”
Kade Kennedy
“Yesterday I hit an icy spot got into an accident in the snow and my driver’s window was completely blown out. In the middle of today’s snows, Shane from Peak Auto Glass came all the way out to my house and put a professional crash wrap on my car for free, just like he promised in his post. He had all the right materials, did it fast, and it looks great – my car is snowproof again instead of filling up with slush. That kind of ‘protect the community first’ service is rare. Huge thanks to Shane and Peak Auto Glass for taking care of me when I really needed it.”

100% 5-star reviews. Certified techs. Silt’s trusted ADAS shop.
Real ADAS calibration and auto glass jobs from around the Western Slope — from target setups in our Silt shop to fleet recalibrations in the field.
We’re based in Silt and serve the full Garfield County area and surrounding Western Slope communities. Most ADAS calibration work is done in our Silt shop — static calibration especially requires a controlled indoor environment, so we do that here at 2205 Mustang Drive, Unit D.
Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call — if you’re within our mobile range, we’ll get to you.
Not every vehicle has ADAS, but if yours does, the answer is almost always yes. Most modern vehicles with forward-facing cameras, lane assist, or collision warning systems require recalibration any time the windshield is replaced — even if the installation was perfect. The camera’s mounting position changes slightly with new glass, and the system needs to be re-zeroed to manufacturer specs to function accurately. We can confirm your vehicle’s requirements before you book.
Static calibration is done in-shop — your vehicle is parked in a controlled space and our technician uses precision targets and the Autel MaxiSys system to align your sensors and cameras to manufacturer specs. Dynamic calibration is done on the road, with the vehicle driven at highway speed under specific conditions while the system self-calibrates using real-world data. Some vehicles require static, some dynamic, and some both. We’ll confirm which applies to your vehicle upfront.
Cost varies depending on your vehicle make, model, and the type of calibration required. Many insurance policies cover recalibration as part of a windshield claim — we can help you navigate that. For out-of-pocket pricing, contact us for a quote specific to your vehicle. We also offer Klarna financing so you can split the cost into manageable payments.
Yes. If your windshield was replaced elsewhere and you’re seeing ADAS warning lights or error codes, bring your vehicle in. We’ll run a diagnostic scan first to identify what’s triggering the issue, then perform the appropriate calibration. This is one of the more common jobs we see — especially from customers whose glass was done at a national chain that didn’t offer recalibration.
Static calibration typically takes 1 to 2 hours depending on vehicle complexity. Dynamic calibration adds road time on top of that. If you’re combining a windshield replacement with recalibration on the same visit, we’ll schedule accordingly and give you an estimated completion time when you book. Most customers are back on the road the same day.
Yes — fleet work is one of our growth areas. We work with construction companies, oil & gas operators, and commercial fleet managers across Garfield County and the Western Slope. If you manage multiple vehicles and need a reliable shop that can handle volume without disrupting your schedule, call us to talk through a fleet service plan.
If your windshield has been replaced and your ADAS hasn’t been recalibrated, your lane assist, collision warning, and automatic braking may not work the way they should. We’re in Silt, we’re certified, and we have the equipment to do this right. Most jobs are same day or next day.
