Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using peakautoglassco.com or scheduling service with Peak Auto Glass of Colorado, LLC.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Peak Auto Glass of Colorado, LLC (“Peak Auto Glass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website at peakautoglassco.com and your purchase of any auto glass repair, replacement, recalibration, or related service from us.
By using this website, submitting a quote request, scheduling an appointment, or accepting service from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request service.
2. Services We Provide
Peak Auto Glass is a family-owned auto glass shop based at 2205 Mustang Drive, Unit D, Silt, CO 81652. We provide services that include, but are not limited to:
- Windshield replacement
- Windshield rock chip repair
- ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) calibration
- Mobile auto glass repair and replacement
- Window regulator and power window motor replacement
- Side, quarter, rear, and sunroof glass repair and replacement
Service availability depends on your vehicle, parts availability, weather, and our current schedule. Descriptions of services on this website are provided for general information and do not constitute a guarantee that a specific service is available for your vehicle.
3. Quotes, Pricing, and Estimates
Quotes are based on the vehicle information you provide, including year, make, model, VIN, trim, and installed features. If any of that information is inaccurate or incomplete, or if additional damage or required parts are discovered at the time of service, the final price may differ from the original quote.
We will notify you of any price change before performing additional work. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to parts availability and supplier pricing.
Prices listed anywhere on this website are estimates only and do not constitute a binding offer.
4. Scheduling, Appointments, and Mobile Service
Appointments are scheduled by phone, by quote request form, or in person. We make every effort to meet the appointment window we give you, but arrival times are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, traffic, parts delivery, or the length of a preceding job.
Mobile service is offered within approximately a 50 mile radius of our Silt shop and is subject to conditions that allow safe, quality installation. For mobile appointments, you agree to provide:
- A safe, legal, and accessible location for the technician and service vehicle
- Reasonable protection from rain, snow, high wind, or extreme temperatures, or a covered space when conditions require it
- Vehicle keys and access, and an unobstructed work area around the vehicle
- Authorization to perform the work at that location, including permission from the property owner or site manager where applicable
If conditions at the location prevent a safe or warrantable installation, we may reschedule the appointment or ask you to bring the vehicle to our shop. Some services, including certain static ADAS calibrations, may require in-shop service.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No Shows
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Because glass is ordered per vehicle, special order or non-stock glass may be non-refundable once ordered.
If a technician arrives for a mobile appointment and the vehicle is not available, the location is inaccessible, or no one is present to authorize the work, a trip fee may apply.
If a deposit is required for a special order part, it will be disclosed to you at the time of scheduling.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless we have agreed to other terms in writing.
We bill two ways: through an insurance claim, or directly to you out of pocket. If you are not sure which applies to your situation, tell us when you request a quote and we will help you determine it before any work begins. For insurance work, your deductible is collected at the time of service.
We accept the payment methods listed at the time of scheduling. We do not offer in house financing or third party payment plans.
Past due balances may be subject to interest and reasonable collection costs to the extent permitted by Colorado law.
7. Insurance Claims
We are happy to coordinate with your insurance carrier and to be named as your preferred vendor. However, coverage, deductible amounts, and claim approval are determined solely by your insurance company, not by Peak Auto Glass.
You remain responsible for any amount your insurer denies, reduces, or does not pay, including your deductible. By asking us to bill your insurer, you authorize us to submit documentation on your behalf and to receive payment directly from the carrier for the work performed.
We do not waive, discount, absorb, or offer incentives in exchange for a deductible.
8. ADAS Calibration and Safe Drive Away Time
Many vehicles built after approximately 2015 have cameras or sensors mounted at or near the windshield that require recalibration after glass replacement. We inspect every vehicle before and after the job and will advise you when calibration is required.
If you decline recommended ADAS calibration, you accept full responsibility for the resulting condition of your vehicle safety systems, and we disclaim all liability for any malfunction, reduced performance, or failure of those systems.
You must observe the safe drive away time we specify for the adhesive used on your vehicle before driving. Driving before the adhesive has cured can compromise the structural bond of the glass and the performance of your airbags.
9. Vehicle Condition and Pre Existing Damage
Auto glass work is performed on vehicles that may have existing wear, corrosion, prior repairs, aftermarket accessories, or hidden damage. You acknowledge that:
- Rust, corrosion, or damage to the pinch weld, frame, molding, or trim may be discovered only after the glass is removed, and repair of those conditions may require additional work and cost
- Aged or brittle moldings, clips, cowl panels, trim, and rain sensors can break during normal removal despite reasonable care
- Aftermarket tint, dash cameras, toll transponders, decals, and similar attached items may not be transferable to new glass
- Pre-existing conditions such as prior body work, non-factory glass, or previous improper installation may affect fitment and are not our responsibility
Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in a vehicle.
10. Your Responsibilities After Service
To protect the installation and your warranty, you agree to follow the post-installation instructions we provide, which generally include:
- Waiting the full safe drive away time before driving the vehicle
- Leaving retention tape in place for the period we specify
- Leaving a window slightly open when possible for the first day to relieve pressure
- Avoiding high pressure car washes for the period we specify
- Avoiding slamming doors and driving over rough terrain during the initial cure period
Rock chip repair improves structural integrity and slows or stops crack spread. It is a repair, not a restoration. Some visible blemish, distortion, or discoloration normally remains after a chip repair, and a chip can occasionally spread during or after the repair process due to stresses already present in the glass.
11. Warranty
Peak Auto Glass warrants our workmanship against defects in installation, including leaks and installation related wind noise.
This warranty does not cover:
- New damage from road debris, impact, vandalism, accident, hail, or other external causes
- Stress cracks resulting from pre existing body damage, frame damage, or vehicle defects
- Damage caused by improper care, high pressure washing during the cure period, or failure to follow post installation instructions
- Work performed on the glass or surrounding area by another party after our installation
- Corrosion, rust, or deterioration that existed before our service
- Recalibration required after a later collision, suspension change, alignment change, or work by another shop
Warranty service requires proof of the original invoice. To make a warranty claim, contact us at 970-876-2247 or peak@peakautoglassco.com. Our sole obligation under this warranty is, at our option, to re-perform the affected service or to refund the amount paid for it.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Peak Auto Glass, its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use of your vehicle, lost income, rental costs, towing, or missed appointments, arising out of or related to our services or this website.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peak Auto Glass, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate vehicle or insurance information, your failure to follow post installation instructions, or your instruction to perform work at a location where you did not have authority to authorize it.
14. Communications and Consent to Contact
When you submit a quote request or provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from us about your quote, appointment, and service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or by contacting us directly. We may still send you transactional messages about a scheduled appointment.
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
15. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, images, graphics, and page design, is the property of Peak Auto Glass of Colorado, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, or that attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system connected to it.
Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, and third-party brand names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the vehicles we service and the products we use. Their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
16. Accuracy of Information and Third-Party Links
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or up to date. Service details, coverage areas, hours, certifications, and pricing may change without notice.
This website may link to third-party websites, including review platforms, mapping services, and financing providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
17. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties relating to the website, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This section applies to the website only and does not limit the workmanship warranty described in Section 11.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Garfield County, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first so that we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
19. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written invoice, work order, or authorization you sign, form the entire agreement between you and Peak Auto Glass regarding our services. Where a signed work order conflicts with these Terms, the signed work order controls for that job.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website or our services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
